At Deep Scent, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

For standard non-defective returns, the product must be new and in resalable condition. Please include the original packaging and accessories where possible.

Returns are made by mail, and we provide a free return label for eligible returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible non-defective returns.

This fee does not apply where it would conflict with your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective or faulty products.

Defective or Faulty Products

If your product arrives defective, faulty, damaged, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for your order number, a description of the issue, or photos to help us assess the problem.

Where required by law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and assessed, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

International Returns

We accept returns for customers in our international shipping destinations.
